Help — and how to reach a person.
Trustnet is made by one person, so you are writing to someone who can actually fix it. Expect a reply within a day or two.
It helps enormously if you include the version number shown at the top of the Home screen (something like MVP · v0.99.2), what you tapped, and what happened instead.
Tap Continue with WhatsApp. Your own WhatsApp opens with a message already written to the Trustnet number. Press send, come back to the page, and you are in.
Signing in and signing up are the same act — if you have never used Trustnet before, that message creates your account.
The Trustnet number is +972 58 778 6049. It only ever receives these messages; nothing is sent to you from it unless you ask for it.
On the sign-in screen choose Use email instead. You get a sign-in link by email and nothing else is needed.
Open the link again. Until 22 September an invite sent to someone who was already listed in that circle would create the account and then refuse the membership, and the message never arrived. That is fixed — but an invite sent before then may have been left half-finished, so ask for a fresh one.
Pick the country in the box beside the number, then type the number the way you would write it at home — no country code needed.
Before 25 September the invite form assumed every number was Israeli and silently refused the rest. If you hit that, update the page and try again.
Your library is yours. Other people see a recommendation when you send it to them — answering their question, or sending them a list you made.
There is no public profile, no feed and no rating from strangers. A circle is a list of people you chose, and it is not shown to anyone else.
It then opens like an app, with no address bar, and you stay signed in.
If you opened the link inside WhatsApp, nothing can be added to a home screen from there. Tap ⋯ at the top right and choose Open in Chrome first.
Nothing. Trustnet is an MVP in private testing and takes no payment of any kind.
Ask by email and your account and everything in it will be deleted. If you would like a copy of your library first, ask for that in the same message.
